    Series X controller wish?

    Perhaps a sturdier plastic for the controller to be made out of... at least if the controller has a back and you can put a rechargeable battery pack in it... make the backs out of a harder plastic because the little pieces on the controller backs that
    click into the controller just break under even the slightest pressure.

    Possibly during shipping and/or handling, the HDD may have came loose. Try taking it out, and re inserting it, if you look on the right side of the xbox (assuming it is facing you) to the rear, there will be a little switch. Slide it back, and a little plastic
    cover will come off. Pull the nylon tag that says 250G (Or 320G) and it should unseat the HDD. Then firmly re-insert the HDD, and replace the plastic cover. Obviously do this while your Xbox is turned off.
