    So on june 30th I used some VIP gems to redeem to VISA prepaid cards and so far I haven't received any email or code to exchange them. I Contacted support and they told me this:

    This is Lee from Microsoft Rewards Support Team and I'll be handling your Service Request 1********4 regarding getting your Visa card. I know how this concerns you. Please allow me to explain.



    It appears that your redemption came from Xbox Rewards account. We have no visibility to check your redemption from your Xbox Rewards account. With this we are humbly requesting to post your concern to Xbox Live Rewards:

    Support for one for all

    After spending 6+ hours chasing down my 12 months Xbox gold with rewards points I get the email with code. My biggest complaint was having to contact Microsoft rewards support, Xbox support, and back and forth broken link in emails, and forums search
    why not one site for all.

    If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards points (as your picture definitely indicates) you would have to contact their support. Apologies for the back and forth, but since we are not up to date with any Microsoft Rewards policies, we cannot provide a fully
    informed response to your issue.

    Not getting points added to my Xbox Reward credits

    Given the shady back and forth between Activision and MS, it wouldn't surprise me if the reward credits for digital pre-orders are mucked up as well.
