Back again with console troubles

I posted here a few times around a month ago, having trouble with my Xbox one. It was having black screen, not displaying items in games, audio problems, delayed reactions to buttons, and several other issues. After trying everything I could, I did a hard
reset on my console. It took me about a week to get all of my games reinstalled, but it seemed to work okay after that. Well, it has just recently started doing the same crap again the past few days. And coincidentally I noticed the new Xbox update just came
out. That was around the time I had my previous problems. Seems like new updates are affecting my Xbox. It is a day one edition. I hate to think I have to do a hard reset again and go through the same BS. I tried doing the offline update with USB last time,
but it didn't work either. Any suggestions? Currently, my Xbox just goes to black screen. Did hard reset too.

trouble with console

the sticker is there and they had a ps3 so didn't mess with the 360 at all. and they have been trying to figure the problem out too

That reminds me of my friend who bought a used 360 from Craigslist. The person said it had been "barely used"...uhhh yeah! My friend paid too much for it too and of course it didn't work when he got it.

Only preview member are getting system updates, If you are in preview then its better to post in preview forums, Also if in the preview you can only use Factory reset in the offline tool.

Got word back that the DLC should be back showing up and purchasable. You may need to restart your console to refresh the marketplace

I was having this trouble this morning as well. Try unplugging the power from the back of the console and letting it sit for a few minutes then plugging it back in and trying again. The light on the power supply should go to amber when you unplug it from
the back of the machine. Then go back to white when you plug it back in.

Hi bh, I'm sorry to hear about your trouble. Try un-installing and re-installing the games again. Also try doing a hard reset on your console by holding the power button down on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for
30 sec. After 30 sec plug it back in and power back on and hopefully everything will start working properly again.
