Back 4 Blood UE4 crash

Discus and support Back 4 Blood UE4 crash in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I installed back4blood on my laptop when I start the game I get a UE4 crash error.     I installed back4blood on my laptop when I start the game I get a UE4 crash error. Same problem also for the grounded game. Any idea what is causing this?

    I did see a post on reddit of someone having the same issue on Epic launcher and they had a GTX 1080

    The GTX is a minimum requirement not a recommended so that could be the issue! Do you have your W10 updated?
