Back 4 Blood Not Launching

Hi, I have a similar but slightly different issue that someone has asked about. I bought the Game Pass for this Microsoft account and installed Back 4 Blood today. However, I receive a pop-up for Microsoft Store Package Dependency Installer. I select "yes" to allow that app to make changes to my device, but the installer never completes the installation. Then, I get an error message saying that Back 4 Blood is not currently available in my account. I logged into this account on the Microsoft store and it didn't fix the issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game to this account, which did not remedy the issue either.

The Microsoft account that I paid the Game Pass membership for is this account. I am logged into this account in the Xbox app. I am logged into this account in the Microsoft store app. This account is not the same as the Microsoft account of my PC itself, but I wouldn't think that'd be an issue since I installed the game and purchased the Game Pass through my other account.

How can I resolve this issue?

Try using the same account that has the subscription and follow these steps.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps try again.

5. Login with your account again in both apps and try again.

Sea of Thieves and Back 4 Blood. I can see Back 4 Blood but it says it's unavailable.

Back 4 Blood is still in very early development stages, so not much info to go on as of yet,

Back 4 Blood is being made by the same studio that did the 1st Left 4 Dead game ( Turtle Rock Studios ) before Valve bought the rights to Left 4 Dead franchise.
