Back 4 Blood Keeps Crashing

So recently I installed Back 4 Blood onto my PC from my Game Pass subscription, and I've attached a video (it's sideways, sorry, I had to record it on my phone) that has shown what happens when it freezes for me. I have to use Task Manager to close it every time, and this has happened 3 times in the past 20 minutes. If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated! (This is on Solo Campaign, by the way). Thanks! Back 4 Blood Crash/Freeze

Thank you for reaching out to the Xbox support forums! By chance, are you receiving any error codes when you're forced to close out the game? A known error is a UE4-Gobi error that can typically be fixed by updating your graphics driver. Hey The, how are you today? Hope you're well.

First, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If it still doesn't work:

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and try again.
