    If I may ask, what exactly happens when you launch the game? Is it unresponsive or has it launched but stuck on the loading screen?

    Hello, do this too check your downloads. Sign in to account.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account.

    • Select Payment & billing>Order history, then, under Refine, select the order and date range you want.
    • Look for charges with a status of Completed or Redeemed.
    • To print an invoice, select Order details from the order you want, then select Print. If you don’t see it then let me know.
