Back 4 Blood beta code

I preordered Back 4 Blood. It’s supposed to include a beta that starts today. Friends have gotten their code but I have not. Xbox seems to go out of their way to make it impossible to speak with someone on the phone.

I can’t request a call. Every time I try it goes to virtual assistant. Even if I could request a call, my phone automatically sends unrecognized calls to voicemail, so I would have no way of answering. When I call, it just directs me back to the support site and ends the call rather than allowing me the option to wait on the line.

So, why does this process have to be so counterproductive, and how can I speak to an actual person?

If you pre-ordered from a retailer and haven't received a code, you would need to contact the retailer. If you pre-ordered directly from Xbox, you won't need a code.

If you encounter any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, I recommend visiting this quick window: Microsoft Virtual Agent

Then just type in “agent” and select the issue.

Select either of the option “Call me back” or “chat”*

I got this in my email not long ago,

The codes will work at 12:00 PM PST,

I've already played in the closed Alpha and don't need a code to play the Beta due to being in the Alpha.
