Back 4 blood and other games, perks are NOT available on my xbox app PC

Could you try a test?

Try to change your region on your PC to US, then sign off of the Xbox app, sign in again, then launch the game, see if changes the language.

I have this same issue. I can not download Back 4 Blood. When I go to the download page, I am told to sign up for the Ultimate Game pass which I already have. No download link, nothing.... I can download all the trash games but not Back 4 Blood.

I am on PC specifically using Xbox Gamepass and I am in the UAE and yes I have reisntalled the game multiple times, this issue has never occured with any of the other games on Xbox gamepass.

Unfortunately, you cannot directly run Back 4 Blood on the Windows Store as it doesn't support 16-bit applications. Back 4 Blood is a modern 64-bit game and therefore incompatible with the store's limitations. However, there are alternative way to play the game on your Windows 10 x64 bit system:
