B/C games not connecting to live or allowing me to get achievements.

HI,

I recently encountered a problem when attempting to play my xbox 360 games on my xbox one.

The game loads up fine and appears to sign into my account however it seems like the game has issues connecting to the 360 side of xbox live, i am unsure how exactly the backwards compatibility works.

However this issue means that i cannot access my cloud saves or gain achievements as the system believes it is offline.

Has anyone encountered this problem and knows of a fix?

Not Allowing Me To Get Xbox LIVE Gold

Have you recently tried again and did it work? It may have been a network issue with Xbox Live and they may not have been able to process your information.

Not Allowing Me To Get Xbox LIVE Gold

After I have everything filled out when I am on Go Gold, when I click to purchase, it always says This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later. For more information, go to http://www.xbox.com/support. I checked the support page and
it doesn't help. It says that I have more than 10 Xbox LIVE accounts but I only have 1 Silver Membership. Can someone please help? It's been doing this since yesterday. I also removed the credit card information before I gave up yesterday if that helps.

If you try to redownload your profile from the 360 side, do you encounter any errors?

Yeah. I am having the same problem here. I completed my 1st playthrough of Dead Space and I unlocked 800GS that makes my profile on xbox 360 guide worth 8600GS. But when I view on my achievements screen on Xbox One, my profile is only worth 7825GS, my Dead
Space game only had 3 achievements unlocked worth 45GS. I don't know if the problem is that I 'can not' connect to Xbox live on xbox 360 when I sign to the game

Hi folks,

Great questions. Allow me to elaborate.

Yes, you can earn achievements whilst offline, but they will not pop until you connect to Xbox Live again.

As for viewing achievements, you must be connected to Xbox Live to do so.

Every time I get on MW3, and only MW3!!! I get a message that sais that I have lost internet connection! I try to get back on xbox live but it sais that my live connection is lost! I really need some help here b/c its been going on forever and I need to

From experience validating real or fake achievements , I can tell you that if the above doesnt work , you ;

A) Modded Achievements or

B) Got an achievement and then immediately disconnected from live. Rarely, this can cause achievements to unvalidate.

( C) Is it even your account?)

Also , if your Gamerscore is not 6K on the Xbox website, it was never 6K. Most of the time, this site holds your highest gamerscore , modded or not, if you connected to xbox live when you had 6k
