    Hi there! I have a huge problem with my xbox one, I can't go back in the menus on xbox one and neither can I press b in the game either. I have tried to change to a new controller awswell but it doesn't work. I haaave also done power cycle on the console.
    Please help me someone, I have no clue what to do.

    Home menu selection problem

    For some reason. The home button on the guide menu doesnt work when i select it. I always gotta hit b to back up or hit the middle button to select my games or select one of the other features and dont know why the home button doesnt work when i push it
    when i wanna go back to the main menu

    Xbox menu not showing up

    When I press the home button to access the menu it won't show up, the screen will then have this tint (as if the menu was there) and it will be quiet. But when I hold my home button to turn my console/controller off it works.

    I can start a game but can never find a way to stop the games
    Press the Xbox (logo) button on your controller to go back to Home and exit the
    app or game. Make sure the app is highlighted, and press the Menu (hamburger) menu button on your controller. In the menu, you'll find a number of options, including a Quit button,
    select it and press A to exit the app.

    Hi, first try resetting your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Unplug it for a minute. Plug it back in and try again. See if it works properly.
