    What game are you trying to play? For some games, like Battlefield 1, some users have been able to refresh their system and get online access recognized. Restarting your system or disconnecting and reconnecting can help. Hold the power button on the front
    of your system for a few seconds until it beeps and shuts down, in order to perform the reset. If this does not work, another option is to look at the settings and determine which account has the Gold subscription. Make sure that account has the Xbox set to
    Home Xbox so the Gold can be shared on it.

    lo que pudo pasar es que la consola de tu "amigo" quisiste llevarte sus dlcs y al recuperarlas te banearon

    .

    ejemplo claro de que xbox se va a poner las pipas en estos dias por traspaso de licencias o contenidos
