y no de desconecta ayuda por favor ???

Hola alguien me puede ayudar como quitar el control parental de mi xbox ya prove todo tipo de código y ninguno me ha funcionado ya no se que hacer y no puedo jugar solo me da 2 minutos y se activa el control parental ayuda por favor
