¡¡¡¡¡AYUDA!!!!!!! Imagenes blancas en algunas zonas del juego (resolucion defectuosa) ...

Necesito ayuda con mi Xbox One X y es que desde la actualización de agosto algunas zonas de los juegos se me ven muy blancas.
Ya he probado todo a cambio todas las opciones de la tele y de la consola a 1080p, 720, habilitar y deshabilitar los 24 Hz y nada todo sigue igual.
Incluso él mandado la consola al soporte creyendo que es el tema de que estaba estropeada y despues de que me vengo de vuelta sigue todo igual (de mal).
he probado un cable HDMI cambiando (por si estaba estropeado) y nada que no se soluciona.

Para dar mas informacion que mi tele NO es 4k, es full HD 1080.Y no serlo las opciones 4k no estan resaltadas por lo tanto ni 4k ni el HDR estas activados.

Tambien restaure la consola de fabrica (2 veces) y sigue todo igual.

Para que os hagais una idea pongo una imagen de Battlefield1 en esa misma zona con la Xbox One normal (que también es echo esa prueba) se ve muy bien y con la Xbox One X se me ve asi.

En Xbox One normal (la día uno) se ve bien y no tiene un mapa que parece nevado como en Xbox One X a la que pertenece esta imagen.

ya he echo eso y no se a solucionado, tambien me pasa en otros juegos pero en BF1 es donde mas se nota eso. por ejemplo en la Beta de BFV tambien me a sucedido.

Ya he echo todo eso y nada, el caso es que ya la mande a arreglar a Frankfurt por ese motivo y no esta solucionado pero voy a mandarla mañana otra vez a ver si asi ahora me la arreglan .
