    Axess-tel (Modems/Gateways): Services are letting me down.
    I was just communication banned for doing absolutely nothing on my Xbox account . I am continuously let down by your services and your way of "handling" things. It said that I was harassing another play after I asked him why he team killed me. There
    was no harassment involved, and I asked the player why he reported me and he said it was a joke. Now my account isn't banned for 7 days. Please fix this or atleast let me only be banned for 1 day.

    When you earn achievements offline it can take upto 72 hours for them to "pop" after you have reconnected. If they do not appear in the next few days try removing your account from your console and redownload it

    Yes i also in the end cancelled my order for complete via the tel and re ordered via the my services (the tel one wasnt showing up).

    Although it said 2 year from purchase, since buying it it says the correct 3 years as advertised on their main xbox website.

    Charged me £73 rather than £59.99 as per the website. The cover i got via the telephone only charged me £59.99 total inc 20% UK VAT, but the 'my services' charged me an extra 23% VAT on top of the £59.99 which i think already has VAT based on my original
