    You guys customer help line is a joke. They keep sending me a new task everytime I call for the same issue whenever I've asked for every stepi need so I dont have to keep calling you back. I will never ever buy anything from microsoft again.

    It should just be a normal routine. Every 30 days or so just log in once in a while and just merely look through your account quickly to double check everything is still there. :)
