Awful Series X Repair Experience

I sent in my Series X for warranty repair. I received a replacement console that was broken & didn't match the serial # that my Microsoft account was automatically assigned.

I sent the broken replacement back & my repair order was cancelled after the repair center received the console. A 2nd replacement device was shipped out...to the wrong person.

I received a call that the issue is 'under investigation', which doesn't do much for me as another replacement still hasn't been shipped out to me.

It's been a month since I first initiated a warranty repair and I still don't have a console in my hands.

Can anyone out there assist?

As you can see in my post above, I have already been in contact with Support more times than I'd like to admit. They seem to have only made my situation worse.

Aw that stinks, I was hoping that GamePass would have more DBZ games. Will have to keep looking after the Xbox Series X launches.
