    Awful cloud performance/quality!


    Im connected to a 5ghz router.

    300+ mbs download and 30+ up

    Games are blurry, fuzzy and low resolution.

    What is going on, why is the quality so bad?

    No problems with geforce now or stadia.

    I'd love to use Microsoft's service but this is awful,

    That glitchy slash fuzziness of the stream is also happening for me.

    I do not get why the stream is so poor knowing that i have a 5G router with 500+ Mbps of stream download at any given time and 10 Mbps of upload speed,

    I've read other posts concerning this issue and none seem like they have a solution to the problem at hand. The device i am using is a Samsung Neo 21 Oled Tv I just got recently and the quality it is omitting is terrible.

    Please Help, Microsoft.

    It is definitely worth trying to restart your router, it can help with connection and performance issues. However if you have weak internet your Cloud Gaming experience may not be ideal, the way it will perform and looks heavily depends on the quality of your internet connection.
