Away from home for two years and came back to a permanent ban

I have been away from home for the past couple of years, and upon returning home I found out I have been smacked with a permanent ban and can't even sign in. I have been away from home on and off, and haven't really been online often for the past two years,
so I don't understand where this ban came from.

Communication ban - Moving forward

Long story short: Rough day at work, came home to unwind with a friend on Rocket League, received in-game/verbal abuse from the other team during the match. In my frustration, I sent a message with a number of tasteless words in response and received a
temporary communication ban, my first in 11 years on Xbox.

Not complaining about the temporary suspension, as it's against the rules, and I understand that the onus of blame falls on me for taking for the bait. I had a few questions for people with experience with communication bans:

1. Is there any way/any time period in which suspensions are expunged from your profile? Any sort of consideration for past years of behavior?

2. I've gamed with someone in the past who has had six or more communication bans in the past year and a half, but hasn't yet received a permanent ban. Is there any rhyme or reason for the jump from temporary to permanent ban based on communication, or
is it just handled on a case-by-case basis?

Unban my xbox plz

Afraid not.Console bans are permanent & will not be reversed.

If you paid for the console then i'd get your money back from your friend.

I tried going there but it says I was harassing people when I clearly wasn't, as I have been away. I tried repealing it but they denied it, and I was told to go here

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

Do you know how I can contact them? Also, I am worried of a permanent ban, as I already have two suspensions from previous years.

No one from the enforcement team reads these forums.

Permanent bans are just that,permanent.

You will not get the account unbanned no matter how much you apologise.

You were warned.The ToU/CoC that you agreed to when starting your account are your warning.

Some offenses are so severe they are issued a permanent ban straight away instead of a suspension.

I know it's not what you want to hear but best to just move on,you wont get that account back ever.
