Discus and support Awards in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've had this problem since I've made this avatar. I can't access my awards but the rest of the avatars are able. I do have awards.... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by EvilMantis79, Apr 7, 2018.

    avatar award errors

    i have unlocked multiple avatar awards and used them, however since the dashboard update when i go to my awards i get an introducing awards screen and i dont have any awards and when i unlock a new one i get an avatar award error message. any help would
    be greatly appreciated.

    My Avatar Awards/Props Are GONE!?

    I am having the same problem. When I go to my awards page on the Xbox Guide, it shows the list of games I have unlocked awards for but when I click on one, it says, "Your avatar awards appear here. Unlock awards by playing games." The awards are also missing
    from the avatar editor page as well.

    Hi there EvilMantis79,

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. Your awards should be accessible by the account that earned them by pressing the Xbox button on the 360 and selecting avatar awards just beneath the achievements section. On the Xbox One, you would need
    to access the avatar app to access this content. Thank you.

    Missing Avatar Awards. All Of Them.

    I just noticed this and think it's worth mentioning; When I go to the awards tab it will still say that I have them unlocked. for example it will say Halo Waypoint 9 of 15 awards or Portal 2 4 of 8 awards but when I click on them it says "Your avatar awards
    appear here. Unlock awards by playing games."

    Missing Avatar Award

    I've unlocked all 3 awards but when I go to the avatar editor they're not there. I even got the 'Avatar award unlocked' message but the awards are nowhere to be seen.

    If you are referring to the tab under achievements,labeled AWARDS, it list all the avatar awards you have earned in games that have avatar awards (its like achievements for certain games). It just list all games that you have played that has avatar awards
    and the ones you unlocked. It is not a glitch
