    hi xbox rewards support can you please help me in have played more than 5 hrs one

    DC universe online 5+ hrs

    avatar award errors

    i have unlocked multiple avatar awards and used them, however since the dashboard update when i go to my awards i get an introducing awards screen and i dont have any awards and when i unlock a new one i get an avatar award error message. any help would
    be greatly appreciated.

    Halo Reach avatar awards

    i was playing Halo Reach trying to get a killtacular in firefight matchmaking to unlock the award however, i got two killtaculars and yet still no award. help anyone?

    As stated in the FAQ, it can take up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since you only played your five hours on the 18th, that was only recently processed today. We still see you at below 5 hours for Star Trek Online. Please allow more
    time for processing.

    ME3 Hardcore/Insanity Gamer pic Unlock?

    I had to go into the avatar editor and then check my avatar awards, then select Mass Effect 3 and choose the award. It said that the item did not exist on the console and it had to download it it. Hope this helps.

    I think this may have happened to me once.This may help.Go to your system settings on the dashboard and click on your hard drive.From the list of items click on marketplace data and then delete this item.This is just a cookie folder.Then go back to where
    it shows your the storage options again.Click on your hard drive then click the Y button.This will perform maintenance on your hard drive.Click yes. When its done reboot the console.This may help.Otherwise this stuff will come back eventually.Maybe loading
    the games you won the awards in may help as well

    Oh really? My mistake and that's a shame, thats one of the features that I really liked about the flexibility of redeeming the rewards.

    Hi There,

    When you redeem a reward from the rewards page, it comes as a code to your email so are free to redeem it on whatever account you wish.
