Awards gone missing for September 2016

There are no offers that operate in the way you describe. In September 2016, there was an offer that awarded MyVIP for pre-orders (usually, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP), so that purchase would have gone towards MyVIP. The only offer that would
have awarded 6000 Credits for a pre-order in March was the Simpy Rewarding offer. However, that offer required a total spending of 60 USD. Since your purchase was beneath this amount, you did not complete the offer. You did receive one Games on Demand punch
for that purchase, but that offer required the purchase of three eligible titles to complete the punchcard. Since you only had one punch, you did not complete the offer.

Hi Sgt Scooby. We've looked at your account and it is working properly. It looks like the last deposit made to your Microsoft account was on September 28, 2016. This included payback Credits for purchases made through MyVIP. You also have 1700 payback Credits
pending for more purchases made in October and September. We do not see any recent activity that would award Credits. To check your pending Credits, you can go to your MyRewards page.

We see that you were awarded payback for your purchase in September. However, since we only award on every $10 increment, your purchase in November was not awarded, and that amount was reserved to complete a $10 increment in a following month. Since you
have made no purchases after September besides this one purchase in November, you have not been awarded payback.
