Awarded items are not downloading and not shown

Hello, I've had my X box Live account for bout a year now and I'm not able to download my recent awards from either World of Tanks or Poker Night 2. I don't know how to get them. When I go to the edit avatar section and go to the awards it shows me that
I was awarded the a World of Tanks shirt. But, it doesn't show the shirt that I was awarded for Poker Night 2. Further more even when I try to download the World of Tanks shirt it just says Saving and nothing happens when I back out to the main edit avatar
section. It just reverts to the same shirt that I had on before I tried to equip the World of Tanks shirt. I even try and check if it in my tops section and its not there either. Also, my Poker Night 2 shirt doesn't show up in either. Can anyone give me any
help with this? I tried turning off the console and turning it back on after waiting 30 seconds and it doesn't show up. Please can anyone assist me?

game acheivement awards unaccessable

ive received awards for different games by acquiring certain acheivements some on the current console some on other concoles. wen i goto my storage devices and look into the hard drive; under avatar items it shows all the free awarded avatar items ive acquired
. now wen i go to customize avatar it removes the items i had on before to jus clothing...now wen i try to click the awards section wen customizing avatar it explains that this is where awarded items will be accessible but doesnt show any of the awarded items
i have . ive transferred license to current console amd have checked download history to see if these items were or needed to be downloaded but gives me no such option. im assuming that because they are in my hard drive they were transferred with my profile....now
how do i access these awarded avatar items saved in my hard drive ? o ive also tried moving and copying the avatar items but it says that items are allreddy in stored in this location...

please check if the items are downloaded in the storage section, if they are there please delete them.

Also clear the cache of the console:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

I have been playing a lot of battleblock theater,and I unlocked hatty's hat. It downloaded for all other accounts on my xbox,but not mine. this is the same problem with every other award.I Press A on the awards,but they say introducing awards. IM SO ANNOYED
HELP.......
