AW Season pass not working

I purchased the season pass two months ago, when I bought my Xbox one from best buy. I put in the redeem code but nothing it expected it but when I checked nothing. The new content has never been available. This is my second time posting in the forum. I
tried talking to support with no resolution, so I went in the store to see if I could redownload the season pass, and it purchased it again. I don't know why all I know is I've payed twice for the same CRAP that doesn't work. I NEED A REFUND ON MY 2nd purchase
and resolution.

Your a multi BILLION dollar company! I understand that you will have errors and problems but this has been going on for MONTHS. It doesn't matter if it's Activisions fault or YOURS....JUST FIX IT!!!

 

JaMRoCk15 has a good point, where are the billions of dollars going to. This has been going on for a long time and you think by now it would have been fixed. If its not working then dont advertise date's you cant keep. Im having the same problem as everybody
else. I download it but its not showing that I have even purchased the content. Get it together microsoft/sledgehammer/activision. The Xbox 1 is going down the toilet really fast.

JaMRoCk15 - You will need to contact us via phone or chat support for a refund if you purchased something you already owned. There was no content in the season pass previously; this is the first DLC released
for CoD: Advanced Warfare. If you are still unable to access what you're trying to access, please post back detailing what exactly you are attempting to gain access to and troubleshooting you've completed. This way we can pin point what you are running into.

 

I have mine on 360 bought on the same system have deleted the season pass and even the multiplayer updates and havoc and the atlas gorge map and re downloaded them all no change. Have spoke with Activision as well they s advised me to do the steps I said
before what else is there I can try? All the other troubleshooting steps are for Xbox one.

 

On Xbox store only shows I have purchased havoc nothing else which I did it was the first purchase I made then bought the season pass after it was on sale. Maybe that's why it's not working correctly?
