AW Season pass not working

I just booted up Advanced Warfare. I go to the ingame store to get Hacoc as I am a season pass holder and it tries to charge me £11.99

So I go to the xbox store and again that tries to charge me £11.99

I have checked and the season pass is installed but for some reason the ingame store as well as xbox live store doesn't recognise that I own the pass.

Is this happening to anyone else and anyone know when it will be fixed?

Season Pass DLC wouldnt Transfer to Xbox one from 360

I as well have problems with COD Advanced Warfare. Purchased the season pass and some DLC add ons on Xbox 360 . Just got Xbox one and the AW game for one and season pass and DLC add ons say installed on the Xbox one but cannot access any.

Also thought the Havoc DLC was free to season pass holders but I too get to pay £11.59 for it.

I am getting the exact same thing, have the season pass installed but the game tries to charge me for the Havoc DLC. Also, the game prompts me to download the Atlas Gorge map I am eligible for, yet when it takes me to the store it just says "bundle only"...

 

I have no problems with the atlas gorge map, just the Havoc DLC

Are you in the UK as well?

I just phoned activision. The guy I spoke to has opened a case for it but said that the DLC doesn't officially release in the UK until 6PM tonight so they can't do anything until after that time.

I'm hoping it will just start working later today and we don't have to wait a week like we did with the AE4.

 

Yep, in the UK. I have another friend in the UK who is able to download both atlas gorge and his havoc download is in progress...

 

Did you originally buy the season pass on 360 to get the free xbox one upgrade?

I'm wondering if the problem could be caused by transferring the season pass from 360 to the X1

 

Yes I did, maybe that's the problem.

 

I don't get any prompt to update. Bought the SP on XBone last month. This is stupid.

This is really REALLY freaking ridiculous! ONCE AGAIN......I give them my money in advance...and it gets mucked up!! First time was when I PRE-ORDERED this freaking game.....AND COULDNT PLAY UNTIL ABOUT 3 DAYS AFTER IT CAME OUT for the regular people
who DIDNT pre-order.....and now ONCE AGAIN........if we didnt pay in advance we WOULD BE PLAYING! So screw Activision and all of these xbox live pre-orders. I will just purchase items ON release date OR AFTER and wait for a review (like im doing for Dying
Light and Evolve). I dont trust this pre-order nonsense anymore!

I was just able to get it from the xbox store without being charged.

Instead of the price it just said 'install'

Hey, everyone! An update for you all. We have seen some reports that doing a hard reboot on your Xbox One has resolved this for users. Please attempt the steps below for us.

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely (about 8 seconds).
   
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.
   
3. Press the power button on the console three or four times.
4. Plug the power cable back into the console.
5. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
6. Turn on the console using the power button.

This will ensure all the power has been drained from power supply as well as the console. See if you can access these items again after that.

This happened to me too....you have to click on havoc but it wont charge you , it will ask you if you want to install it ( if you own the season pass that is)
