    I purchased the Xbox one season pass as an extra birthday gift for my son. I've entered the redeem code and started to download it and the Xbox froze........I've reset Xbox gone into my downloads and It's not there?! Tried to redeem the code again only
    for it to tell me this codes been used already try another one. I looked in downloads, my games, my apps, my account, subscriptions, storage etc it's nowhere to be found. I rang support who said "AW are having issues I'm sure it will appear soon" can you believe
    that...I'm still waiting for this issue to be rectified..a week later and my son is still without the season pass due to your lack of service and care!!! There are people playing the new maps etc so I can't see what the hold up is?? I have to explain to my
    son that he can't have the season pass because Xbox have either stolen your season pass or just can't be bothered!! My son has had nothing but problems with downloads, installs and updates etc since I brought it. I've paid £550 for this Xbox bundle, extra
    games and add ons for it and all you get from Xbox support is I'm sure it will appear soon.... its a joke. If this is not rectified by this weekend I want a full refund for everything I've brought Xbox one related including the console bundle.

  3. Purchase did not download and am asked to buy again.

    Paid for AW Season Pass on 27/02/2015 (transaction verified as completed by PayPal), no download occurred, nothing shows in download history either.

    When season pass is selected again we're asked to buy again. Why?

    Account region and actual region match and nothing else has changed.

    Solution please.

    Sorry to hear of this. If the item did not install and there's no notification of you purchasing it then you should first check out commerce.microsoft.com to ensure that you put the purchase on the proper account (sometimes people accidentally put it on
    a different one). Be sure to log in with each individual gamertag until you find the purchase.

    Once that is done, if the season pass is not on the account that you find on commerce.microsoft.com then you will need to contact phone support again to initiate a refund on the item.

  6. I have followed what you said, and I have also followed what phone support said the first time I contacted them,

    I am totally disgusted with Xbox support, who on one call could see Id entered a redeem code for the season pass, but after speaking to them now could not see anything.???

    I told them that was not my problem that you can't see it now and your colleague could. I asked for a refund or replacement code for them to say "no we are not going to refund you or replace the code" and put the phone down on me!!! I'm absolutely disgusted
    with this service who have stole my son's gift, that season pass was part of my son's birthday present!

    Disgusting and Outrageous

    All items added to an account are listed at commerce.microsoft.com. This is why I sent you there to ensure you were calling about the proper gamertag.

    I really wish there was more we could do to help on the forums here but all billing issue must be dealt with through phone support. If you get a similar response next time you call then ask to speak with a supervisor.
