AW New personalization Packs not working on Xbox One???? Why

Thats great neildo, but they didnt for me but as I posted above they work,but according to Microsoft I didn't purchase any camos but for me it worth it.

I found something that might help some of you. It didn't work for me, but it worked for a few of my friends.

"Close Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

From the dashboard, go to My games and apps.

Highlight Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and press the Options button.

Select Manage game.

Highlight the COD Champs Personalization Pack and press the Options button.

Select Uninstall.

Launch Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

Go to Multiplayer, then to the Store.

Highlight the COD Champs Personalization Pack, then select Install."

I found that on the activision support website. sorry if this was already mentioned, I didn't feel like reading all the responses quite yet. But I hope this helps some of you.

Like I said, that method did not work for me... If anyone knows another way, please link me. Thanks!

IT WORKED! If your xbox is plugged into a power-strip, unplug it from the power-strip while its on, then plug it into the WALL. I literally tried every little combination of instructions that I found on other websites and none of them worked. Then, I decided
to try the one guy's idea and it worked. ditch the power-strip! plug it in the wall! then, uninstall the content, go into your game, then reinstall the content from the In-Game Store. Let me know if it helps anyone!

What will the next version of consoles bring? Will I have to unplug my Xbox99 and plug it straight into a nuclear reactor to solve a problem these two companies shouldn't even be having?

(btw bought the Panda Exo pack as a little present for my girl... not happy she cant use it and its worthless to me)

I solved my issue: called Xbox support and they refunded my DLC transaction which now means we can buy it again, but this time on my Son's account.

Not the answer to the problem but a solution I'm happy with.

Just to clear this up for everyone;

Personalisation Gun Camos / Exo Suits are only accessible on the account they were purchased on and ARE NOT shared by the 'home console' feature.

I know its sounds weird but I unplugged the xbox power supply from the xbox for a minute then it popped up in my camo skins.I cleared the persistan storage 3 times then unplugged power supply fron the xbox not the wall the plug going into the xbox.Good luck
