AW New personalization Packs not working on Xbox One???? Why

Well I think I might actually have an answer for *your* problem, but not to mine and everyone else's hahaha.

I'm thinking the reason why the AE4 works but the camo doesn't is... wait, nevermind, I think I just proved myself wrong.

Anyway, what I was going to say was to make sure both of your accounts are set to "My Home Xbox" through the console, as that typically allows you to share most DLC. Maybe the camo is different, though - in which case you be effed like the rest of us.

 

Okay, this is the point at which I start screaming on the webbernet until somebody finally answers me.

MICROSOFT, take hold of your b**** Activision! ACTIVISION... stop being TW4TS.

Did everybody just fall to their knees and submit, or did they fix the problem today and I just haven't seen it yet?

I came here to report the same issue. Just purchased nanotech and it's not unlocking

 

I know its sounds weird but I unplugged the xbox power supply from the xbox for a minute then it popped up in my camo skins.I cleared the persistan storage 3 times then unplugged power supply fron the xbox not the wall the plug going into the xbox.Good luck

 

That's basically what Xbox calls it "hard reset" by unplugging the Xbox One for 30-60secs. I tried that and didn't work for me. I'll try it again tho.

 

Just to clear this up for everyone;

Personalisation Gun Camos / Exo Suits are only accessible on the account they were purchased on and ARE NOT shared by the 'home console' feature.

I am having same issue. I bought a few custom packs. Says installed but not showing up.

1. I'm pretty sure that's not correct, but if you have some concrete information that says otherwise, I'm obviously wrong.

2. The reason I say that is that this would be the first piece of content not to follow the family content share policy. When people expect that content is shared, it would be a fairly shady business practice to break that pattern without making an obvious
note of it.

3. This is happening to people who bought not only camo packs, but the Havoc DLC (in my case) and the season pass, as well. Content will be available one the profile it was purchased with, but not the other profiles on a console. It will say that you own
the content (because the family share policy says you do, you're just not on the profile it was purchased with) but then will tell you to download from the "games and apps collection." This of course doesn't work, because the content is already in the games
and apps collection.

Like I said, if you have some sort of evidence that says otherwise I'll admit I'm wrong, but it honestly wouldn't make sense for that to be the case.

 

We're having the same problem with the Lightning Premium Personalization Pack.

I bought it for my account and its available to me. My Son wants it and when he goes go purchase it it's already purchased for the xbox one - yet when he goes to use it in AW, its not available to him.

If he then tries to purchase from the store it's already purchased.

So what in effect this means that stuff like this can only be purchased, downloaded and used against one account on the xbox?

From a business point of view this is madness. Limiting the use of your products to one user per machine.

 

I solved my issue: called Xbox support and they refunded my DLC transaction which now means we can buy it again, but this time on my Son's account.

Not the answer to the problem but a solution I'm happy with.

 

The camos are all working now, let me know if this has been resolved for you.
