AW New personalization Packs not working on Xbox One???? Why

OK, for what ever reason after I bought the Premium Personalization pack Nanotech and downloaded but show no new unlocked camo under the dlc. So I got back in the game store shows I didn't purchase it which I did, anyway for the sake I purchase again and
an errorr window pops up and say "Already purchased"; "You can get this in the apps and game collection." So I went the games and apps tab and hit the three lines button where the start is at and went to manage game everthing seemed correct on storage so I
uninstalled the add on and restarted Cod Advanced Warfare andstill no new camos unlocked that I have purchased this even happened on Ghosts so why is it not giving me what I paid for?

Digital Pro Edition In Game Content Not Showing

Isnt the Bonus Digital Edition Personalization Pack for for Ghosts? Dont think you can change the reticules in AW, I may be wrong as I was wondering why I have not got this myself.

Same for me, but I had bought some of the personalization packs on my xbox 360, then I upgraded to xbox one, and now they won't show up. It says I already purchased them and "You can get this in the apps and game collection" but nothing happens when i try
to access them in the apps and games collection.

 

I have the same problem. I suspect that most people do. I would appreciate a solution for something this simple.

 

Same Problem here.... I purchased an exo pack last night, i was able to use the exo last night after purchase. Today when i logged in, it shows that i purchased it in the store, but in the game it still shows as locked.

 

I have the same issue, I got the season pass but it just says ''you can get this in the apps and game collection''.

Do I need to activate it somehow? I've tried to uninstall it and install it again and turning the console on/off.

Seems like a waste of money if they don't fix this...

 

Alright, this is getting old VERY fast. Microsoft, Activision - JESUS just fix your ***, this is not a complicated issue.

 

Ok, with updated success I was able to repurchase have all the camos from the personalization pack however the only one seems to be Nanotech. Here's the kicker I'm not saying its not why but when I talked to Microsoft about this, there reasoning is the power
strip, well since my gaming consoles are in a room with only concrete walls there's no way to plug it in the wall but I have ceiling outlets but this didn't seemed to work as the tech support seemed to believe. So apparently, the issue is with power strips;
if your not (not saying you are or what not) but try plugging your cord in a wall outlet see if that resolves your issues please keep me posted and good day.

 

Oops forgot to mention

My Exo cam works actually Creature camo was the only one that seemed to work just fine then after I switched from the power strip to the ceiling everything else except for the Nanotech as I stated above (my previous post).

Like I said I know this is still new so there's going to bugs but still doesn't make me happy when I paid for something and it hasn't shown up for whatever reason, which I'm sure everyone would feel the same way.

Most importantly I never considered how much power the Xbox One consumes but try what I said if this resolves your issues then that is awesome, but I'm not saying I'm a tech wizard just stuff I was told and so please keep me updated so I can help everyone
including myself narrow it down.

 

I'm not entirely sure that any of what you wrote there makes any contextual sense, whatsoever.

If *anybody* from MS or really, any other department that might know, could fill us in, that would be great. If nothing but to let us know that you know... And hopefully tell us that somebody is (or is not) fixing it.

 

I'm having the same problem. I bought a pack on Xbox 360 and installed it on my Xbox One, no luck at all.

 

So i bought season pass & Creature,lightning & magma camos on my brothers account and the AE4 & camos work fine on his account, however if i join in, I DO NOT HAVE THE AE4 OR THE CAMOS.

BUT if i start the game on my profile I WILL HAVE THE AE4, BUT NOT THE CAMOS.

So whoever starts the game, gets to use the AE4 but the camos are locked on my brothers profile.

So what should i do? I am sure as **** not paying 60 euros if i cant use the fking weapon and the camos..

Anyone have a solution for this?
