"Avoid Me" & Voice Ban? For what?

Discus and support "Avoid Me" & Voice Ban? For what? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've recently been put on needs work, then immediately avoid me for my reputation, only to find I'm voice banned.     "Avoid Me" & Voice Ban? For what?


    I've recently been put on needs work, then immediately avoid me for my reputation, only to find I'm voice banned. I fear that next I will be banned from playing online entirely, and all this is just because I started playing "off meta" heroes in overwatch.
    I don't understand why the system would allow a player to be bullied into picking the character their teammates request, and if not, be punished for it?

    If there isn't a solution besides "play tons of games to smother the reports", the system really needs to be fixed.

    Bad reputation. Why? How to fix it?

    I was reported 2 for unsporting, 4 for cheating and 14 for voice chat over 6-months. If that is all it takes to get "avoid me", at least 20% of the community is should be under "avoid me".

    Question: Do you have to have a gold subscription for the account that you want to get off avoid me??? Because I have multiple accounts and one of them that I made for free that I could games online is at Avoid me now for over 5 months. I just don't know
    if the reputation system only works for accounts that pay for xbox live.

    Yeah, I already know how stupid the rep system is, thanks. As a side note, tons of people have already submitted comments about the rep system in "xbox voice". I highly doubt anything will come of them, just as nothing will come of this. Typical.

    Comms bans. Any way to dispute them and appeal to get rid of them?

    The best way to avoid comm bans is to avoid including profanity in messages and voice chat in public lobbies.

    How do I report an xbox live ambassador?

    Avoid the player. NO Ambassador has any ability to ban/suspend you. Also be sure to file a complaint for the voice mail through the Xbox Live complain system on your dashboard.
