Avoid Me Status For 8 Months - no reason why?...

was not even playing xbox live, and all of a sudden, put into an avoid me state overnight one day when i came back to play, it has since been 8 months and i am still unable to play the only game on xbox live that i pay for each year, seems like a waste of
200$ to me, it would be greatly appreciated if somebody could finally figure this out and get this resolved for me since i have been paying for a membership for 17 straight years now.

I was recently playing Overwatch when a fellow player told me they were going to report me on multiple accounts. I though nothing about it thinking they weren't really going to do it or only do it with like 2 accounts. The next day my account is avoid me
and I can no longer play any multiplayer games. I went from 7 unsporting reports to 29 in 1 day. There should be a way players can't abuse this feature in such way.

sadly, i know exactly what avoid me status is, and normally it would let me out of it, but i have been in it for 8 months now, and on my account is shows as being 'good and green', but i should never have been placed in this status in the first place, it
just randomly happened for no reason

nobody does anything on the enforcement team, don't even know why they continue with this flawed system
