Avoid me reputation?

Hello, I've been a member of Xbox Live for 9 years and have no previous enforcement actions on my account. After playing online the other day, I suddenly have my reputation set to "Avoid me" despite the fact that I didn't do anything to warrant this status.
When I look at the enforcement page, it shows that i had a perfect record all year and suddenly in June I got 5 reports of cheating which made no sense. I did get an angry message from someone after playing a game against them, but I never replied. I think
there might be a serious flaw in this system because watching my reputation go from green to red overnight due to false reports definitely shouldn't happen. I follow the rules and don't mistreat anybody, so I am really confused at this point.

Unfortunately this is a huge problem right now for competitive players in games such as Call of Duty, Overwatch, etc. You can literally check the top 1000 leaderboard and almost every other player has some type of reputation issue. I'm in the same boat
as you and believe me I've looked far and wide for a solution and there doesn't appear to be any at this time.

I don't think Microsoft will take action on this until more people speak up on the issue; however seeing as we are in the minority I wouldn't expect anything to happen anytime soon. I would suggest playing other games in the mean-time or creating another
account to play your game with until your reputation goes back up.

A XBL representative told me to post on this forum in hopes of getting in contact with anyone with the enforcement program as they cannot. I've been stuck in this since late May and have played probably over 2000+ people since then and haven't been reported
since. My entire thing is glitched as on the XBL enforcement shows I'm in good standing can get in the program etc. But on XBL it's still stuck in avoid me, it hasn't even moved into "Needs Work". Not going to go into why as I was falsely reported several
of time such as Top 10 UFC players in Ultimate Team by someone.

But anyways, it says "play games without being reported", I've had to encounter over 2,000+ people since playing CoD, Rocket League etc. An it hasn't moved. I called Xbox and they told me to contact the forums in hopes of getting contact with someone from
the enforcement program (no idea why they do not have direct contact with anyone in it). So can anyone do something?

 

An Avoid Me reputation can be raised again, you just need to continue playing games. Playing different games tends to help too.

 

I understand that and appreciate the advice, I've looked up what I need to do from this point, but this seemed very sudden. I'm questioning how well these reports are actually checked as well since every negative report on me was for cheating and I don't
cheat. It's also very difficult to raise your rep when you can barely get into games.

Many of us Overwatch players are facing the same thing, especially the really good ones.

I've been playing a variety of games (although it's limited as to what games will even let me play anymore) all week, with seemingly no progress.

The Reputation system is good in concept, but it can be horribly exploited to try to avoid players you simply don't want to play again. Also, I don't see why somebody blocking you should neccessarily affect your rep.

 

And now...? ohhh yes... this is really nice i checked my Reputation Status at enforcement site at Reputation and now on July my REPUTATION figures back to GREEN! but... yeah always theres a but... but... on my PROFILE on the CONSOLE (XB1) i am still on RED
(AVOID ME) how can be possible? Any clue?

Now tell me that is not a glitch, bug or malfunction of the system!

 

Yah, I don't put any stock in the Enforcement page. It's always said I've been Green at the top. The graph shows all green up until June when it went red, and now shows Green for July. But alas, I'm actually still in Avoid Me.

This is a glitch/bug!

There is currently an issue that the Enforcement team is aware of with the top line of the reputation page. If you check your profile from your Xbox One or from Xbox.com, you will see your correct reputation. As M3tal Daz3 mentioned there is a ton of information
on the Enforcement page for how the reputation system works and how to better improve it. Keep in mind that even sending rude/inappropriate messages to other players after games can often times result in a reduction of your reputation.

Please make sure to provide any feedback you have for the reputation system on Xbox Feedback as M3tal Daz3 also recommended. Because this is an Enforcement related issue I'm afraid we aren't able to offer support but if you have any other Xbox support questions
