"Avoid me" reputation

May I ask what you actually did?

 

I ruthlessly slaughtered more than 200 teammates on hardcore search and destroy by blowing us all up everytime we spawned. Not worth it though

I tend to agree with this.

You **** off a lot of people. You did so knowing it was unsportsmanlike. Now that the punishment has befallen, you're finding out what it was like for those who had to play with
you. As several have already posted, it's going to be awhile before that rep goes back up. Also, as has been said, you don't need to get good rep. You only need to avoid getting bad rep. You're just going to have to tough it out being forced to play with people
who play like you did.

An old saying comes to mind... don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

It goes back up as you play more games as long as you don't receive more negative rep. It's now assumed that you're a good player if you don't get neg rep, rather than people having to leave you positive rep, but I don't know what sort of time scale you'd
be looking at.

I've actually used the neg rep thing myself recently. I was playing Last Titan Standing and there was a guy on our team who would nuclear eject every time the round started, so we were 1 titan down straight away. I wondered if he was just trying to get out
of his titan and didn't know you could get out without ejecting, so I messaged him about it, but it turned out he was doing it deliberately to put as at a disadvantage so I reported him for bad sportsmanship.

 

You have friends already, right OP? Simply join their games and play with them - they should be able to help you find matches and improve your rep over time.

Yea i highly doubt he has any friends that will be worth while to help him get anywhere in life.
