My reputation was changed to "Avoid Me" a few days ago, and I'm wondering how long it takes for it to go back up. I fully admit that I was a bad sport with my fellow players, and I seriously regret it now.. So, how long until my rep goes back up???

    :)

Thank you for bringing this up, Mechanic!

My reputation is still "Avoid Me" when I look at it on my actual Xbox One profile but according to the chart on my Enforcement reputation page, my reputation has been green (stating that I'm a Good Player) for the past six months and yet I'm still an avoid
me player with only 3 reports filed against me. Only three! How does that work?

It's not a time based punishment. Other People don't want to play online with people like you, and until you can learn to stop killing teammates, driving the wrong way, or what ever it is you do to disturb the peace! You will remain an avoided player.

What..... you thought you would grief who ever you wanted and just get to say sorry and forget all about it? Lol good try bud, enjoy the ghost town lobby's and lobby's with people giving you a taste of your own medice.

  5. I didn't say anything that you stated. And how do you know its not a time based punishment? Can you provide me with some link to a reliable source that says this?

  6. Your Reputation status is driven by player feedback, not by MS. If everyone blocks ,avoids or reports you your Rep. Takes a hit. You must have angered quite a few people to get an avoid me Rep.

Rep also determines who you will be paired against when playing online.

  7. It IS loosely time-based, but that time is determined by how long you can go without getting reported. Nobody actually knows how long it takes, but I imagine that it would be a long time. Read through the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and Terms of Use, both
of which can be found at the bottom of this website and start following them to the letter if you want your reputation to eventually go back up.

  10. It wont go back up for a long time probably. The best bet is to play nice and hope people submit good player reviews on you.

  11. Bones, on the One there is no way to leave positive feedback - you get it automatically over time simply by playing games and not getting reported. This way, it can't be abused and those like the OP can have a fighting chance at redemption. "Avoid me" reputation ;)

  12. hey guys, lets cut OP a break. he admitted he *** up. don't dwell on it. He didn't lie and try to blame the system or anything

with that said, it'll go back up as long as you don't get reported anymore, not sure how long it takes
hey guys, lets cut OP a break. he admitted he *** up. don't dwell on it.
Oh, he did waaaay more than that. He didn't just screw up a little, he *** up a lot. He went from Green, to Yellow, to Red.

    news.xbox.com/.../games-reputation-feature

His reputation won't go back up for a long, long time.

The time for regret is when one goes from Green to Yellow, not when one goes from Yellow to Red.

  15. Guys, you're saying that my conduct needs to improve in game for my rep to go back up, right? Well, how can I demonstrate my changed behavior if I can't find ANYONE to play with?!? Once your rep is on avoid me you can't find anyone to play fairly with...
