Not really. I asked why you continue to acknowledge it's here... not why you or I continue to post in here. Although I guess the racing conversation was a bit off topic.

 

I continue because I had asked him a legitimate question. With the reply I got I think it was within my rights to respond. At no point have I been feeding a troll. I think with the amount of time I have been on these forums I do know the difference.

 

An1n1m1ty, what I'm posting are not canned responses or mere copy/paste answers. They ARE the primary source for the info you're looking for, such as the XBL CoC and ToU - they're not 2nd hand at all; it's all straight from the original source (MS). It seems
to me that what you want is an official response from an actual individual within the enforcement team. If that's the case, I don't think you're going to get it, because they're not crazy enough to let something like that out - if they did, it could help people
find ways to abuse the system, which you've already aptly proven that you are more than willing to do.

Sure, I can admit the system isn't perfect, but then again, nothing is. If that's what you're going for, then you're basically chasing a ghost... I could say the same thing about real-life laws. They're not perfect, but for the most part, it works.

I disagree... maybe the OP wasn't that type of post, but with the direction the conversation seems to have gone, can you see a positive resolution? Doesn't appear OP is going to
be happy with any responses he gets here. Not to mention that if someone is actually looking for answers and not a way to antagonize people, then it's only common sense to have at least a little discretion and ignore those who make inflammatory posts, in the
pursuit of the sought information. What I've seen isn't far from the polar opposite.

less tolerant of brashness and baited responses than you. Whatever... I think you're wasting your time, but who am I to say? Waste all the time you want. lol

 

I am pretty sure I know the definition of the terms. Being a past moderator on these forums for 2 years I did learn a thing or two. No matter how the conversation has gone or if there is a resolution of any kind was not the point of my reply to you. Not

I once read a rather lengthy conversation in these forums (think it was here), where many people couldn't even agree on the proper definition. I'm not going to rehash it, other than to say most people ended up agreeing it was just as I said... a matter of
perception, right or wrong. I see things how I see them. I'm done arguing semantics.

I really wasn't trying to be confrontational with you, but w/e. If you'd like, I can agree it would be best to just drop this right here. You can continue dialoguing with the non-troll uninterrupted that way. Who knows, maybe you'll prove me wrong and actually
get somewhere. You may not expect to hear this from me, but I'd actually find it a pleasant surprise if that happened.

To be honest I could care lees if either one of us is right or wrong. Basically stressing that by the definition I know I didn't feel I was feeding him. I think Geek has more than taken care of that.

I genuinely wanted to know about the double posting. I never thought he would be a big enough jackwagon to give a troll reply back to that.

 

You can edit. You pull the dropdown that says 'moderate' open and select edit post. I think you have a 3 minute time limit after the post.

When I tried it before it stated "accessing user does not have permission to edit" the time limit makes that understandable then, appreciate it
