  2. How do I see my reports?

Reputation/report statistics aren't normally viewable until your reputation is in "Needs Work" or "Avoid Me" status.

  3. I was wrongly put into bad sport by a modder

If you are referring to the Xbox reputation system. One person would not put you to the avoid me status. If you have the avoid me status you will just need to work on your reputation. I believe it updates every month.

  5. Reading threads like this is why I no longer play MP via XBL nor anyother service.

Why not put people in classses where adults with language issues can all play together. And where 18 and under can play together. etc?

When playing online against others we all want to win, and if bumping another car off the track allows you to take move up in the race. Then thats what you do.

Even Nascar drivers do it, so why should a entertainment form of vertiul reality be any different?

No they don't. They try to do it without getting caught, yes. Big difference between bumping someone in a race and just knocking them out of the way. They don't just ram into people that's where bad feedback comes into play on Forza and point deductions
    / fines come in NASCAR.

Thank you for using and pointing out what should be common sense... seems it is in short supply anymore when it comes to gaming. Right along with good sportsmanship.

Bumping someone out of the way is not 'what you need to do in order to take a position' and if that's what you would need to do in order to take it, then NO... that's not 'what
you do'. It's a scumbag move... and if every NASCAR driver did it, it wouldn't be a race, it'd be a demolition derby.

  9. So if we were in an race online, and while draftening I bumped you causing you to lose 3 or more spots. You would get angry and start doing everything you could to give me a bad rep online wouldnt ya?

You have no way of nowing what my true intentions were. All you and I know is that were are racing, and in a race, whether real or just gaming. 2nd place holds no value whatsoever.

Just My 2 cents, and I am sure, at least to you. Your opinions are the only ones which are worth more.

Not at all, that's why I said there is a difference. If we were racing and you were behind me and bumped me with a draft bump thats fine. I understand that when you race and you are close things happen. Now say you were behind me enough that I can see all
of you car in the mirror and I slow for a corner, you don't slow and ram into me. If that happens a few times then yea I am going to report you.

  11. ^ I figured that would be your reaction.

Ever heard of a podium finish? Many racing organizations/events award the top 3 drivers, some even the top 5.

I was involved in a few different forms of racing when I was younger. I can tell you from my experience that typically, the top drivers can be found together at many races, if
and when spare time permits. Talking tuning, setups, track conditions... etc. Many have great respect for their piers. I've seen... actually been in... many races where the top 5+ drivers have finished the race mere fractions of a second apart. More often
than not, they have shaken hands afterwards and said things like "great race" and etc. They... actually, from personal experience... we, appreciated each others' skills and abilities on the track. Yes... there were always a couple of guys that stayed to themselves
and raced cutthroat... 'bad sport' and 'sore losers' were the best of the terms we called them.

Of course, we all had the attitude of '2nd place holds no value' when it came to our drive and determination to win... but the one thing we did not do was place that attitude above
safety and good sportsmanship. You can race with that attitude in your heart, but you should never drive with that attitude on the track. They were real races, with real drivers, real equipment and real consequences if crashes happened. One of the popular
sayings that was thrown around a good bit was "2nd place is the first loser"... funny thing... it was thrown around more by spectators than by actual racers.

BTW, Any experienced racer that has spent enough time on the track can tell you, it isn't THAT hard to tell the difference between someone who 'bumps' you to let you know they're
behind you and are the faster vehicle and someone who just plain hits you to knock you out of the way. So, as a matter of fact, an experienced racer does indeed have a pretty good idea of 'what your true intentions were'.

This ridiculous '2nd place holds no value' mentality should stay with the inexperienced spectators... not that it really belongs there... but better there where it's less obnoxious,
and less dangerous irl, than on the track.

It is really simple, play clean, play fair. The system works. And it hasn't been exploited.

Why hasn't this thread been locked down? This dude is clearly trying solicit responses.
