Avoid me reputation bug

I've had a live account for 6 years and have always had the reputation of "good player" with a perfect record. Over a week ago a team got upset and all reported me and I've now been marked as avoid me. My reputation went straight from the best reputation
of green to red. I've been told the only way to raise it is to play more games and get good reviews. You cannot give good feedback on Xbox one. So 6 years of being a good player with a "perfect ruptation" doesn't matter when it can be ruined by 1 game of a
team reporting you. I am now unable to find any game involving people not on my friends list because I can never find a full lobby of players with "avoid me" rep. I have no case to submit a review for to enforcement, xbox support can't help and I can't increase
it myself by continuing to be a "good player" because nobody can give me positive reviews. This is by far the most flawed system if there is nothing that can be done other than waiting months before I'm able to play or creating a new account.

need help to change my reputation

I don't know why my reputation is avoid me because it is moving from good player to avoid me in 1 day. I had no message from Microsoft dissolving me to play better I think to be confronted with a bug of the system then please check my account to solve the
problem the fastest and I was on the website enforcement my reputation is good so I do not understand so I think this is a bug.

I called Microsoft France and he told me to post a message here and you could change my reputation, and please tell me for how long I will have this reputation

 

REPUTATION system is Totally Broken or Bugged!

ohhh yes... this is really nice i checked my Reputation Status at enforcement site at Reputation and now on July my REPUTATION figures back to GREEN! but... yea always theres a but... but... on my PROFILE on the CONSOLE (XB1) i am still on RED (AVOID ME)
how can be possible? Any clue?

Now tell me that is not a glitch, bug or malfunction of the system!

 

It's not flawed you just simply understand it

The system is built to allow players to avoid bad or good

You do not need a good review

You need no reports for a very long time and you can gradually rebuild it

The only way to raise your rep is to change your habbits and be a good and nice player

You can actually play other games like never winter which is free

This system is actually used by all consoles since the start of xbox live and psn

 

The only way to be a good player is to be nice it's not rocket science

99.9% of xbox and any online players don't have rep issues

It's not from just one game it's your overall rep from the online community not your opinion of your rep

Unless you are sending a lot of bragging and unsportmanlike behaviour it's not possible totip the scales

It would've been over time

 

Never winter isn't based on party or lobby

You can join random groups

 

Just be nice and in a few months of changed behaviour you will eventually see an increase

And yes its not immediate

 

I disagree, it is flawed. Particularly in games that have a competitive/ranked mode, people can just Block legitimately good players that they don't want to get matched up against. This ruins their reputation and can make it so they can lo longer play games
online. Game developers have stated this exact thing.
