"Avoid me" flawed reputation system. People reporting just to report

I mostly play Overwatch. and literally one day of playing off meta heroes (not the norm) i get reported just for the players i pick. i Had my mic muted all day because i was playing alone yet these people get away with reporting me under "communications"
just because theyre upset at the game and want someone to blame. Now because i wanted to have some fun in a video game i got the "avoid me" reputation and now i cant play any multiplayer games... Please Xbox Live support review this case and reset my reputation
so i can play with friends again on xbox live again. Thanks

Reputation system flawed "avoid me"

So ive been placed on an avoid me reputation simply because I play gta 5 better than a lot of players and instead of just leaving me alone. They get mad and report me. The enforcement team does not investigate these reports instead they just lower your
reputation for every report eventually you're stuck on avoid me. I've been playing other games such as world of tanks and battlefield 1 for about a month now no receiving any new reports but im still stuck on avoid me by a very flawed and bias system. .

 

The problem with current reputation system

I'm gonna come straight out and say it: the current reputation system that's implemented is so bad.

Why? You can report anyone for anything for no reason at all. I've gotten 8 cheater reports that shouldn't even be there. If you want i can give you a link to my Youtube to show that i'm not cheating is actually somewhat decent on the game(s) i play. It's
not like i'm close to avoid me or a ban, but this isn't only concerning me. I know people that's actually really good at the game(s) they play and they've gotten multiple cheater reports (30-40) when they don't cheat. This is something that SHOULDN'T happen.

This reporting system is flawed and only benefits the ones reporting, wich mean i could gather 20+ friends and mass report someone to get him/her either banned or into avoid me. Take a good look on the current report system and redo it all.

Your rep is decided by the rating of your online behavior by other gamers. To get out of a bad rep I suggest you to play as many coop games as you can with a large pool of gamers (like Neverwinter) Keep the aggressive behaviour down, avoid smack talk and
overall enjoy gaming for gaming sake!

 

I never had aggressive behavior.. I clearly said that in my post. I got falsely reported just because i picked a hero they did not like & we lost some games online. The report system is flawed, theyre is no proof needed to report someone. thus why they were
able to click a couple buttons and ruined my rep which now isnt letting me play any sort of multiplayer. Now i need some help resetting my rep because i didnt deserve bad rep to begin with. I cant smack talk if i never talked to begin with.

 

I honestly feel like you didnt read anything past the title of my post... cmon now Xbox youre better than this. I was told the forums is my only option since i cant submit a ticket directly.

 

I can not play any multiplayer playlist on any game. But i can still join Xbox live party's. Its very obvious that my multiplayer issue is becasue of the fact i was wrongfully given bad reputation. Once i go on another account on my xbox i can play without
any issues. & i know for a fact theres another option other then "Make a new account" because even if i do toss away my main account with all my progress because of false reports, whose to say it wont just happen again? Xbox team, fix my rep and then fix you're
report system. we all know they're people out there that report other players just because they get upset at a game...
