Avoid me - enforcement section not being used?

To answer one of your problems, you must play co-op with friends ONLY. You will not be able to play any VS. team based game unless everybody has the same rep. You could try going to the game forum of games you own, and post looking for others with like rep
to work out a time to play together. Other then this, and the past suggestions you have been given, there is no simple answer we can give you.

It is possible that you have received an answer to your enforcement posts. Have you checked your private messages? Many times enforcement will use PM's. To check this, click support at the top of this page, then click forums. Scroll down and your pms should
be at the bottom of the page.

I am posting the following on the off chance that you made some simple mistake in attempting to file a case review, please understand that I am in no way trying to say that you have.

Who can submit a Case Review?

Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's Enforcement History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length

The enforcement was issued in the last 18 months

You may only request a review of your own active enforcement actions, and must be signed in to the account that received the enforcement (or signed in to the parent account if a child account was suspended). Prior to submitting a Case Review, you may be
prompted to complete a short questionnaire designed to gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct. Failure to pass this questionnaire will temporarily prevent you from submitting a review, during which time we recommend familiarizing oneself with the
    Code of Conduct.

Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

How do I submit a Case Review?

Submitting a Case Review is easy, and can be accomplished in several steps:

Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the account that received the enforcement action and select the large box with an orange hammer icon, or visit your Enforcement History.

Find the enforcement action that you wish to have reviewed, and select Apply for Review.

Read the Case Review Terms of Use and agree by clicking the checkbox and selecting Agree.

If you are already eligible for a Case Review, select the green arrow icon. If you are not yet eligible, you will be presented with a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct and associated policies. Upon
successful completion of the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.

Provide any details (up to 500 characters) regarding the enforcement action that may help XBLPET conduct a more complete investigation. This may include context around the activity or content that received enforcement, information about your game activity,
or any other facts that you believe are worth noting. When complete, select Submit.

After submitting, an Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement agent will begin a thorough review of the enforcement action. This includes reviewing available data and re-examining evidence that contributed to the enforcement, taking into account any new details that
    you have provided.

Back in August of 2015 things were being looked into concerning rep and HALO. The post can be viewed here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../2019945.aspx
but that post is outdated and locked so do not try to post there. I gave you that link so you can see that this was looked into at one time. I suppose that it is possible that whatever was happening in TMC is now happening
in HALO 5. I would suspect that if the forums start receiving many rep posts concerning HALO 5, that this could be an issue again.

    Hey there!

You can not submit a case review because it is only for suspensions and bans, not for rep. I recommend trying to get your friends to submit good player reviews/commend you in games and such to boost your rep back up. We can not change your rep for you
if that's what you're asking and neither can Xbox Support.

    Cheers!

I also wanted to add that in order to bring your status back up out of the red you will need to play well and get good reviews from other gamers.

Now, as you can only play with others who are in an Avoid Me status this does make it a little difficult but not impossible.

I have heard that a lot of people who are in Avoid Me play in Battlefield 4 so you can check that out. You can also have friends invite you to their games. If all goes well and you get good reviews you should see your status change from red to green in
    no time at all.
