Avoid me - enforcement section not being used?

I have posted 3 times in thw enforcement section in the last week and have gotten no response. All i see in the enforcement section are old threads from 2015, as if they arent even using the section anymore.

I have been unable to play halo 5 for a week and a half now due to red reputation and unfair reports.

I have been reported 25 times for cheating on halo 5 when as far as i know there isnt even a way to cheat on it? I try to just play the game but everyday i check my rep and theres always a new report on my tag.. Its unfair and clearly a lot of these reports
are not being investigated.

I understand this is the wrong section to post this but it seems as if they arent even responding to anyone on the enforcement section.. All there is are posts from 2015...

Also ive been reported for my gamertag 5 times... I feel like because im a pretty good player that im just making people mad and so they report me.

If you cant help me here could you please send this thread to someone who CAN help me?

[Fix] "Avoid Me" Reputation

@Mechanic, the first time I posted in the enforcement forums was a day or 2 after I was placed in "Avoid Me". Customer support linked me the the enforcement section for the Xbox 360 and I was given one of those copy and paste messages.

Then, when I posted it again in the enforcement section for the Xbox One, which I only found out existed because of someone linking it in another thread, I was given a reply and had my reputation restored within 12 hours.

Reputation: Avoid Me

My rep has been avoid me for a week with no message back from xbox or the enforcement team. It says the avoid me wouldnt effect me being able to play with friends but i cant join them on nba 2k16. Is there anything i can do to raise my rep? Ive been playing
nothing but black ops 3, not sending messages and not being negative to other players in anyway. What else can I do to raise my reputation up to atleast play with my friends

This is far too complicated.

Im red rep, but it doesnt show any listed enforcement for the current red rep that i have. There is no way to make a case review. It only shows past enforcements.. Does not show anything about my current red rep.

There is nothing from this year listed and i only just got red rep 1 1/2 weeks ago..

So how can you help me now?

Id like to add that on the xbox hotline just today they referred me to post in that enforcement section of the forum.. Thats how clueless and unhelpful they were for me apparently.

Could i get some ACTUAL help please?

 

Double post.. I just want to make sure it is understood that it doesnt show any recent enforcement on my gamertag which is why i cant make a case review. All i see are past enforcements from like 2012 and 2015... But im currently unable to play due to red
rep and there is no enforcement listed about it..

Also even your chatroom volunteers told me to post about my issue in the enforcement section.. And they told me that just today. I feel like im just running in circles while trying to repair my rep.

I am apart of the Xbox Ambassadors program. I just wanted to clear that up with you. There is no way for users to abuse the reputation sysyem by sending false bad player reviews about you. If you team kill or do things player dislike such as making things
not fun for others, then yes your reputation is going to drop. I just linked you to thread so you can see that the enforcement team clearly states that the forum is no longer used for enforcement questions.

I also wanted to add that in order to bring your status back up out of the red you will need to play well and get good reviews from other gamers.

Now, as you can only play with others who are in an Avoid Me status this does make it a little difficult but not impossible.

I have heard that a lot of people who are in Avoid Me play in Battlefield 4 so you can check that out. You can also have friends invite you to their games. If all goes well and you get good reviews you should see your status change from red to green in
no time at all.

 

There have been a lot of reports of system abuse from the HALO games. Players choose the avoid me rep to keep from being placed with players that are better then they are. I know this was investigated during the time of The Masterchief Collection, but am
unsure how it was resolved. For now, all I can suggest is what Onyx said about Battlefield, and try to play the co-op campaign of a game with friends. I have been told that this suggestion has helped others.

 

Back in August of 2015 things were being looked into concerning rep and HALO. The post can be viewed here:

forums.xbox.com/.../2019945.aspx but that post is outdated and locked so do not try to post there. I gave you that link so you can see that this was looked into at one time. I suppose that it is possible that whatever was happening in TMC is now happening
in HALO 5. I would suspect that if the forums start receiving many rep posts concerning HALO 5, that this could be an issue again.

 

Please explain how there is no way to abuse the rep system if i have been reported 25 times for cheating and 5 times on my gamertag?

Also even when my friends invite me to play we cannot get games due to my rep.

And no. Im not going to buy battlefield just so can get out of red rep.

You can not submit a case review because it is only for suspensions and bans, not for rep. I recommend trying to get your friends to submit good player reviews/commend you in games and such to boost your rep back up. We can not change your rep for you
if that's what you're asking and neither can Xbox Support.

There is no way to give positive rep on the ONE. It is possible to submit a case review for rep, because it is an enforcement action. I can only guess that your rep fell because of reports before the first of the year, and is considered outdated for a review.
Please understand that this is just a guess. Truth be told, being that this is an enforcement action, support can not help you. Enforcement does not read these forums either. All I can suggest, is that you try to use the suggestions given to raise your rep
back up.
