"AVOID ME" BS FLAW

I don't understand how my rep can go down from the best reputation to the worst saying "avoid me" within two god dam games. THERE IS NO REASON WHY MY ACCOUNT SHOULD BE PLACED UNDER "AVOID ME". This reputation system is so flawed.. its worse than the fact
that when the enforcement team gave me a communication ban for only 1 day and it turned out to be over 2 months and I was never given any type of apology of anything for their own mistake??? I'm confused with how this whole system works.. I would LOVE to know
how my account went down from THE HIGHEST REPUTATION TO THE LOWEST WITHIN A DAY??? I don't need this account banned I've done too much on it for it to be banned and I don't need to lose this account her BULL ***... I don't understand why this happened and
it needs to be fixed ASAP because I'm not having it... matching making only with people that have "avoid me"??? Thats just a waste of my $60 that I paid for xbox live... and I really don't care IM going to post this on every fourm because I know the enforcement
team won't get to this right away unless I post on every fourm.. you guys have quite the history of taking A LONGGGG time to get back to peoples posts.. I mean it did take you guys over 2 months to fix my 1 day communication ban??? I don't get why this happened
but sorry I need it handled ASAP!!

Name.calling and trashtalking is actually part of your rep and unsportmanlike

Remember all actions are part of your rep

"Avoid Me" FLAW in reputation system

The flaws in the way reputation system work has left many people with a rep not accurate of online interaction. People are being abused by this system and left with an ‘Avoid Me’ rep rendering them unable to play many online games and worse still unable
to play with longtime friends. I have read many other posts discussing these flaws in the system and many personal accounts from individuals who are no longer able to use the service they pay money for. I personally had my accounts reputation drop from good
player to avoid me in the span of only 5 days playing overwatch. My accounts rep dropped in two spurts, before both I was informed by other player that they were reporting the account, and rep dropped only minutes following.

In the first instance I was reported for, in my teammates opinion, intentionally trying to lose, “throwing”, by playing as the “wrong hero”. We won our game and I ended that match with 4 silver medals and one bronze (5 out of 5 participation medals). It
is possible some members of my team received no medals yet according to them, they were “trying” while I wasn’t, minutes later my accounts rep dropped to "Needs Work". The second instance occurred days later when I lost internet due to maintenance by my service
provider at 3:00 A.M. I got back online ten minutes later to find hate mail calling me derogatory names and one player informing me 9 other players had reported me my account rep now read "Avoid Me".

This personal experience of two rep drops with minutes delay between when an account is reported and when the reputation drops preclude Microsoft Enforcement Team's ability to verify the validity of the claims and makes clear that reporting works on a subjective
basis, reliant on player opinion rather than objective evidence of a breach in the Terms of Use. As I now know and have discovered many other customers know the Xbox Live reputation system does not function as intended and is abused. This easy abuse of the
system is compounded by the fact that no amount of hours playing, in the games (2 of 7) left available to play with an “avoid me” rep, and no amount of other players encountered can repair reputation once it has dropped. I eagerly await a response to my concerns
and hope for a resolution to the issue.

Ok so I have had the same Rep for over two day! This is very annoying because I can't play with friends or find games because NO ONE ELSE HAS THE SAME REP! How am I supposed to get my Rep back up if I can't find games an keep finding people who love to trash
talk? This "reputation system" either needs to GO or Change it to where I can find games an get it back up! Also not far to players like me who are really good at games yet get reported for "cheating" when I'm just good! Never had this problem on 360!

I see what u are saying. Lol but u did ignore what devil said.... Anyways so you understand better kids reported me because I beat them so bad in overwatch and destiny they assume I'm cheating even tho I'm not. Bc I see no point in cheating in any video
game it just shows you are so bad that you have to cheat. so because of the salty kids that can't accept a loss my rep has to go down over false reports???? That's pretty messed up my friend. I'm sure you can agree with me on that?? Let's hope so. Anyways
nobody here can help this issue there will only be more talk that won't help. The rep system is rigged anybody can get someone to a "avoid me" level by having a ton of people report that person. So yes there you go it is rigged hopefully they fix it. But there
is no need to talk about it any more since clearly there is an issue on the system that isn't being fixed so thanks for the advice you gave me. Have a great day

 

Yes i agree the system is a bit off and may need some changes but you have to be careful when players get mad at you they can do a lot of stuff which can start fights online.

it's best to report them and block them so they can't report you for false claims and as well i may mention the Xbox one can't officially be "hacked" glitches may appear in the game but hacking isn't. Hope that also helps

 

I don't like this "tattletale" system at all , there should be NO restrictions on matchmaking....if your being bad , a simple vote to kick can be done in the lobbies.....

 

I have to be careful when players get mad at me??? lol so you are saying i have to start playing bad like most of the players out there just so they won't take advantage of the flawed reputation system and mass report someone?? haha this is such a joke nobody
can help the players with this issue. maybe you guys actually give us a direct line to the enforcement team so that we can say our case to them and tell them exactly what happened... like what exactly is the enforcement team doing?? the site they have is trash
and they aren't on the forums anymore lol like what?? is this company that bad at supporting people?
