Bonjour,

Je viens de recevoir un avis de suspension temporaire de compte pour le compte XBox Live.

Après en avoir parlé avec mon fils qui est le seul l'utiliser, je souhaiterais avoir des précisions sur les procédures de dépôt de "plainte", les "enquêtes", vérifications, ... par vos services.

Je trouve cela très opaque et je souhaite pouvoir éclaircir certains points.

si cela est possible je préférerais être contacté en direct par téléphone.

Ah mon avis on doit pas être les seul..du coup auprès de qui on peut faire une réclamation car a mon avis ça vient du fichier en lui même.

Oui, effectivement j'ai remarqué ça hier en me connectant que je n'avais plus le XboX Live Gold. Tout vient de la mon avis!

Par contre, ou peut-on de manière claire, apercevoir quand et combien de fois a-t-on renouvelé l'abonnement la dernière fois?

Je ne trouve pas cela sur mon profil, quelqu'un pour m'aider ?

Il faut suivre le lien communiqué par WPAK car c'est le seul et unique moyen de dialoguer avec l'équipe en charge des sanctions sur le Xbox Live, donc si le cas est éligible il faut ouvrir un
case review afin de contester la suspension.
