    Op 5 mei had ik een belletje gedaan naar de klantenservice van Microsoft over een XBOX one spel, state of decay 2. Ik belde die avond tegen 22:00 en met het keuzemenu werd mij gevraagd of ik het erg vond als mijn gesprek werd opgenomen. Ik dacht: nee geen
    probleem. Een aantal seconden daarna: ja maar we zijn gesloten.

    Nu is mijn vraag, wat voor recht heeft Microsoft op mijn privacy op dat moment met betrekking tot mijn opname.

    Ik heb een mail gestuurd naar de Microsoft store en gebeld naar Microsoft. Het enige wat ik krijg is geen reactie of eventueel een foutief mailadres als ik bel naar Microsoft.

    Wat gaat hier fout en wat kan hier vooral beter?

    Daarnaast, wil ik de termijn die ik in een eerdere mail heb aangegeven aanhouden. Ik had namelijk aangegeven dat jullie mijn opname per 31-05-2019 moeten verwijderen. Hier had ik geen reactie op. Echter had ik ook geen reactie dat de mail uitsluitend bedoeld
    zou zijn voor uitgaande mails en dat ik er niet op zou kunnen reageren.

    I can't agree with your statement.

    You can't just take your privacy statement as an answer in my question.

    The whole statement is questionable if the AVG (European privacy law) is in charge about what you can do and what you cannot do.

    You can't record me if there are not 2 people on the phone communicating with eachother. Microsoft thinks they can. You can't.

    Do you have a Microsoft e-mail adress so i can resolve this? Else i'm afraid i have to report this.

    Microsoft is in full accordance with privacy laws for all regions that Microsoft products are available. This includes European privacy laws. Quoted directly from the "Where
    we store and process personal data    " section of the Microsoft Privacy Statement, "We take steps to ensure that the data we collect under this privacy statement is processed according to the provisions of this statement and the requirements of applicable
    law wherever the data is located."

    The line won't be recorded if you are not connected to an agent because customer support is closed when you contacted them. I'm not sure what indication you received to lead you to believe you were being recorded when trying to contact customer support after
    they were closed.
