Avatar Store

Everytime I go to get something on the Avatar Store it just says "Sorry, your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete your transaction fr ok m your Xbox."

It does this even when I'm trying to get something free.

I am Not in a Family as a child and i added a payment.

So why isn"t it Working?

Please help!

When i go to the avatar store on my xbox 360 everything looks and works fine. But then i realized that its nowhere near up to date with everyone else's. Ive talked to some friends while changing my outfit and when i go to buy more clothes or props it will
say at the bottom 1-21 pages while my friends page will say 1-45. How do i get my avatar store updated cause it's not fair I don't have the same as everyone else.

That particular error is generally an indication that your account is a child account. That means the date of birth on the Xbox Live account (which is not changeable) is under the age of majority in your country. The only want to purchase Xbox 360 Marketplace
content (to which the Avatar store belongs), you would have to do so through an Xbox 360 console.
