Avatar Store problems on Xbox One

The computer avatar store works perfectly fine. It's on the Xbox 360 itself that is having problems with the avatar store

The Avatar Store for the Xbox One is only out for those who are in the Xbox One Preview Program for the February (1602_update). In this case since this is Preview/Pre-released software, please use the "Report a problem" feature on the console. This can be
done by holding the home button on the controller to get the power menu to appear>Report a problem.

Also, there is a quest in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app that I recommend you check out that has a quest for this. This will help provide feedback to Microsoft. In the future, since you are referring to a preview related feature, please post in the Xbox
Early Access forums which are located here: forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

The avatar store is working properly, there is no record of it failing. Remember that there are two types of avatars, the original avatar related to the Xbox 360 interface and the Xbox One avatar.

To purchase Xbox One avatar items you must use the "Xbox Avatar Editor" app, then go to the "Avatar Store" section.

If you have problems processing your payment please try these possible solutions in order to complete your purchase.

1. Remove the card you are trying to use and add it again.

2. Add another card

3. Try the purchase from a browser in incognito/private mode and clearing cookies and cache.

4. Try the purchase from another device, for example, you can use a mobile phone, PC or tablet.

3. If in your country other payment methods are offered in the Microsoft Store, for example Paypal, you can try to associate your card to Paypal and then make your purchase with Paypal.

I can't delete it and then redownload it because there is no Avatar Store on the Xbox One.

As of right now, there is no actual avatar store available for the Xbox One. However, you can still customize your avatar with avatar items you already own via an editor that can be found under your profile.
