    Avatar Store Not Working


    I've added two different payment methods to my Microsoft Account but the Avatar Store keeps saying that I have no payment options available. I keep getting this error:

    "This purchase channel requires a billing account. Please add a valid payment instrument. You will not be charged for a free item."

    I have my Paypal AND a credit card on my account, I shouldn't be getting this error. Can someone help?

    Purchasing Avatars in XBox ms stoe

    Just purchased an avatar in xbox store under garage section "Club Bike". Purchase went through and I thought it would download into my profile page in MS Bingo, my original avatar is still there and working but my new addition has not. I don't have a game
    console, I play MS Bingo and other games through XBox Live I guess thats what it's called, so will my avatar addition download into my profile page?

    Avatar Store not opening

    Hello,

    My avatar store will not open and pops up with "you but or download because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on xbox.com". I realized my account was a child's account even though I am not a child.
    So I changed all my settings to allow everything went onto my "parent" account and removed my self from the family while giving me access to everything and I changed all my settings on my Xbox to give me adult access. After all of this, it lets me purchase
    games now and everything but will not allow me to go to the avatar store and pops up the message above. Does this mean my account is still a child account or is there a setting I need to change?

    The computer avatar store works perfectly fine. It's on the Xbox 360 itself that is having problems with the avatar store

    The avatar store is set up on the same store as the 360. Unfortunately the One store has never been updated to work with the Microsoft account balance for purchasing items from the 360 store. Hopefully once the new avatars are released you may be able to
    purchase the items with the funds.
