Avatar store looping forever!

Hey! Can anyone help me? So I just bought a new xbox one s today and after having fun for a while I tried to buy a dress up for my avatar from the avatar store, I clicked purchase and then the green loop keeps turning around and around for like 15 minutes
now! Nothing turns up! Not even a error message. Just the loop and my avatar with the costume! Any help would be very much appreciated!

I think avatars will be integrated more into the Xbox One eventually.

Whenever they day comes for a dashboard/home update.

They cashed in on a lot of money with the avatar store, they won't do away with it forever lol.

 

Updating Avatar Clothes taking a long time?

I was trying to create a new avatar to replace my old male one and every time I tried to edit my new avatar and the the store would try and update forever. I left it on all night and it still wouldn't finish.

So here's how I fixed it.

1) Disconnect your XB 360 from the internet. Make sure you can't connect to XB live.

2) Create a new avatar while offline and save it.

3) Reconnect to xbox live and try to edit your new avatar, it should update in less than 5 minutes.

Thank you so much! but i found out the problem my self! the avatar store says that the item i am trying to buy is not available in my region. i think its because i live in Sri Lanka and i have a US Console. Thanks anyways.
