    Avatar picture for Xbox live rewards account will not update


    Hi my avatar picture for my Xbox live rewards account will not update. It has been displaying the wrong picture for a very long time. I have tried canceling account and resigning up and still no luck. could I have some possible solutions as this is becoming
    very frustrating. Thank you

    Hello,

    Since I created my account, my Xbox Live Reward avatar was never updated.

    The one I created is a girl brown hair with red dress. The one shown in Rewards is a blond girl.

    I created via website and then afterwards I changed using Xbox One Console.

    How can I force an update on the avatar shown in "Rewards"?

    It does not have to do with the "two week" delay synchronization because I have this account for almost one year and it never updated.

    Could you please force the update for me?

    gamer picture problem

    Hi, I got a serious problem with my gamer picture, and I edited a custom gamer picture which used the avatar editor on xbox.com before, and it updated to xbox live rewards next day. However, I purchased a gamer picture pack later on, and changed to one of
    them(public and personal). therefore, all gamer picture should be showed like the newest one, but the gamer picture on "xbox live rewards" is still the old for couple months, and what I found today was there was a copy of my old custom gamer picture which
    from online avatar editor one in the gamer picture option of my xbox 360 console in the profile setting menu, and I could not delete it. please help. Thx

    gamer picture drives me crazy

    Hey LicFU,

    Currently, the Gamer Picture used by the Xbox Rewards site is actually the Avatar Gamer Picture not your Xbox Gamer Picture.

    If you want to change that picture you can do so through the Avatar Menu on your console using the Gamer Picture menu or you can change it on your console using the
    Avatar Editor.

    Avatar not updating inside games

    In the screenshot, the reason the smaller icon has the (older) blue shirt is that this does not update automatically. It is your gamerpic, and reflects what your Avatar was wearing when you took the picture. If you want to change the Avatar in the gamerpic
    you should go to Xbox.com/My Account and beneath your Avatar choose 'Edit My Avatar'. On the next screen you can choose 'gamer picture' where you can take a new 'image' of your Avatar, now wearing the updated clothing.

    You can't. Gamer pictures can only be pictures of your avatar, pictures bought from the marketplace, or pictures taken from the Xbox Live Vision Camera.
