avatar pic not updating

There has been some issues I've seen with the gamer pics of avatars updating correctly. If somebody changes their pic to something other than their avatar it seems to update instantly on the console and Xbox.com. Overall just give your avatar pic time to
update since it seems to take longer than usual.

I've noticed this problem too. It seems everyone is having trouble updating avatar gamer pics. Try changing your gamer pic to something other than your avatar and see if that updates quickly.

I double checked with the ambassador folks and the site only supports avatar pictures not gamer pics. You'll need to take a new avatar pic, changing your gamer pic won't do anything.

I've done a bit of testing surrounding this issue and here are my findings:

- The gamer pic next to forum posts does not update if you modify it on Xbox One

- After creating a gamer pic from your Avatar, it takes a little while to update, but usually a restart fixes it

In this case - I'd like you to try these steps:

- Choose a gamer pic from the pre-created gamer pics, select one, save, then go back and select a different one, save. Then restart your console. See if it has updated.

- Then go into the Avatars, and create a gamer pic from your Avatar, save it, and also save to OneDrive. Restart console, see if it has updated.

Same problem here. Taken multiple pics of my avatar on Xbox One but gamerpic will not update. Even tried it using the Silverlight tool on the official website but still will not update. Very frustrating.
