Avatar items have disappeared

Discus and support Avatar items have disappeared in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Several of the items i bought over the years have disappeared.     Avatar items have disappeared


    Several of the items i bought over the years have disappeared. I'm not sure of all of the ones that i have lost, but I am sure that my red faction guerilla t shirt and mass effect garrus eye piece are gone.

    i noticed these had gone missing when i recently changed my avatar, my old avatar had these items equipped, but they were unavailable to my new avatar.

    Missing avatar

    Not sure if this is the right place to post, but i bought two items of clothing for my avatar earlier on my pc and now my avatar has totally disappeared, any ideas??

    i did not recieve my 200 bonus xp for the beta program

    i didnt recieve my bonus xp for the beta program i did get the code for the avatar item. the xp was actually there for a couple mins then disappeared. could some please help me to resolve this issue. thank you

    Avatar items have disappeared

    Some avatars items are available only for male characters while others are available only for female characters. If you have changed the nature of your character that way, this might be the answer to the missing items.

    it is a birthday cake avatar item that is to the value of 15p,and it probably disappears the day after.

    What the heeeeeeck.

    OK, often this is caused with some weirdness in the items you're wearing. Can you please try this:

    • Change all the items on your Avatar one at a time, saving and exiting after each. Did any item you removed get you legs back?
      • If yes: please try adding that item back on and save. Do legs still work?
        • If they are now working, then yay! Just some temporary weirdness.
        • If legs disappear again, please tell us the exact combination of cloths you are wearing
    • If none of these things get your avatar it's legs back, please try deleting the avatar and creating another one.

    That is correct, when my console reset itself after trying to look in the avatar marketplace thats when i noticed the item in system items on my hdd, i had not downloaded anything because i couldn't. Not long after that the item disappeared and now i can
    download things again, so if it is a diagnostic tool of some kind its about time microsoft made this as it will help solve many issues.

    Unfortunately not. Avatar Store items and avatar awards are available only for the gamertag that purchased or unlocked the item. If you want to use an avatar item with another gamertag, that gamertag must purchase or unlock the item.
